Don and Penny nailed it! AMAZING. When listing a house it’s always tricky trying to find the right sale price and they got it right. Our house sold on the first day. A different agent had been listing homes in my neighborhood way under value just to claim “sold in the first week”. We listed $200k over her last sale and received 4 full price offers on the first day. Don and Penny were diligent, Covid safe, and made the whole process run smoothly. If we had listed our house any higher, it would have been too much and have gone stale. They knew the sweet spot and I am so happy we trusted them. From the professional photos, the inspector, the termite guy, the appraiser...completely full service. I wouldn’t sell my house with any other agent ever again.
